This is the first inland brownie group that was set up in 2011. It is headed by Brown Owl Vicki Mayson and the club runs every Monday from 5pm – 6.30pm for girls between the ages of 7 and 10 years. These are hourly sessions where you can drop your child whilst you do some errands. The workshops are for 2.5 – 6 year olds and it teaches them language and literacy skills via books, props and puppets. Maximum group size is 8 and the class is led by Jessica, a Montessori trained teacher. Classes on Tuesday in San Roque Club and Thursday in Gibraltar.

Sticky Fingers Book Club is suitable for ages 2-3 year olds and each week children will read a different story and perform activities based on that story and it is a great way to get your kids interacting with books. Classes last 30-45 mins with 10 children maximum and are held on Friday afternoons at 4pm at Funky Forest.

A new idea designed for 11 – 15 years old held one Friday every month from 7.30pm – 10pm at the Wellington Centro de Cultura in La Trocha. All sorts of activites from table tennis, boxing, mini disco, board games, karaoke and a quiz every fortnight, for just €3.50 A new initiative to provide a venue for teenagers to safely ‘hang out’ in.
