A children's bike track complete with road markings, roundabouts and signs, ideal for learning to ride or learning road awareness. Next to it is a newly built park with swings, slides, seesaws and climbing areas. There are cafes opposite and kiosk in front for refreshments.


Paloma Park - covering some 200,000 sq.m and only 300m from the coast - has numerous walkways, two large children’s playground and a large lake with turtles, ducks, swans etc. It has a variety of animals that are very tame wandering about including rabbits, peacocks, goats, ostriches and guinea pigs. It's a great place for a picnic as you can use all the grassy areas available or there are three cafes offering snacks and drinks.


This is a newly developed leisure area located on the banks of the Rio Fuengirola right beside the Sohail Castle just off the N340. There is a basketball court, table tennis area and a bike track which runs right along the river to the beach plus several play areas for the younger children.


Bateria Park was originally a military base in the 1940's but has now been developed into a lovely park and recreation area. It incorporates a 9,000 sq.m boating lake, cycle tracks, large children's playground with huge slides, trampolines, tyre swings etc. There are fountains, statues, tunnels, foot paths and the lovely dummy tree where those giving up their dummy can hang it on the tree.
